Formally a hotel, the villa was recently converted into a private residence and has been completely refurbished in 2013/14 with many of the beds and other furniture and fittings being brand new.
The 5,000 square foot property is fully air conditioned and is in an ideal location just five minutes’ walk from the village centre and benefiting from being under 3km from J39 of the main A8 motorway.
With a 13 meter heated pool, heated Jacuzzi , outside bar, pool table, table tennis table and external dining for eighteen people, together with outside sofas and external seating areas, the villa is ideal for large groups of people.
Internally, Le Manoir can comfortably sleep 15 people. Five of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and are laid out as four double rooms, there being seven single beds in the remaining three bedrooms.
The TV room houses a brand new 65″ curved Samsung TV and together with Sky, DV, Blu-ray and a Wii, it provides for excellent family entertainment. There is an array of DVD’s, books, chess, backgammon and games to keep you occupied should you wish to remain indoors.
As you would expect, there is wi-fi throughout the villa and extends to the front garden/pool area.
Nesting between Cannes and St Raphael, in the Provincial village of Les Adrets, the villa benefits from beautiful sea views of Cannes.
The charming villa is split over a number of levels giving the feeling of space and privacy. It is perfect for attending functions such as MIPIM or the Cannes Film festival. For holidays, the villa provides an excellent base for multiple families and is great fun for children.

Whilst we like dogs and the villa has tiled floors throughout, with respect to other clients, we ask that you do not bring pets with you.
We have had many a happy holiday sharing the villa with two other families, our group being six adults and eight children in total. The property is child friendly and its size and layout makes for a great game of hide and seek. Air conditioning is a welcome relief for children in the mid-day sun and will ensure they get a good night’s sleep in the summer months.
Children do need to take care, along with most villas in the South of France, we have tiled flooring which does become slippery when wet.
Cots and high chairs are available on request.

Please note
There are many stairs leading up to bedrooms on various levels. Whilst this makes the villa unique, interesting and fun, please note it is a big villa and would not suit someone in a wheelchair or finds walking difficult.
The pool has two pool alarms but there is no fencing to stop children from gaining access to either the pool or the Jacuzzi. Whilst we have spent many summers here with small children, we strongly suggest a pool alarm is no substitute for parental supervision.
The internal dining table can only accommodate ten people.
We have not gone over the top on ornaments. Whilst these help dress the villa for great photographs, accidents do happen, and most renters would rather not have the liability for breakages.
Taxis are very expensive in the South of France. Just getting from Nice Airport to Les Adrets will cost circa 95 euros and being without a car will seriously restrict where you can go.
